PCB aluminum substrate is also what we often call aluminum-based circuit board, referred to as aluminum substrate. It is a metal-based copper clad laminate with good thermal conductivity, electrical insulation properties and mechanical processing properties.
PCB is also the meaning of printed circuit board, but the material of the circuit board is aluminum alloy. In the past, the material of our general circuit board was glass fiber, but because the LED heats up, the circuit board used in LED lamps is generally an aluminum substrate. Metal aluminum-based copper clad laminate is a plate-shaped material made of electronic fiberglass cloth or other reinforced materials impregnated with resin, single resin, etc. as the insulating adhesive layer, one or both sides covered with copper foil and hot pressed. It is mainly used for processing and manufacturing PCB aluminum substrates, which are widely used in TVs, radios, computers, computers, mobile communications, LED lighting and other products.

The performance, quality, processability, manufacturing level, manufacturing cost, and long-term reliability and stability of PCB aluminum substrates depend to a large extent on metal aluminum-based copper clad laminates.
